Communication with us is completely confidential. We strive for maximum impartiality and independence and provide a safe space for resolving sensitive situations within the Institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>In what situations can you contact the ombudsperson?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">You may contact the ombudsperson at any time if you are dealing with a situation that is difficult or unclear for you, if you suspect that ethical principles or equal treatment have been violated, or if you experience any inappropriate behavior. The procedure is adapted to the individual situation and the needs of the person contacting the ombudsperson. We will listen to you confidentially, discuss possible solutions, recommend further steps, and offer mediation or communication facilitation between the parties. No further steps will be taken without your consent. You may also contact us even if you doubt whether your situation can be addressed.
