The Board comprises leading experts from academia and industry across Europe and serves as an independent body providing feedback and recommendations on the scientific strategy, research activities, and future development of ICPF.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting was attended in person by Adam Kowalski (Unilever, United Kingdom), Thomas Astrup (Ramboll, Denmark), Jack Legrand (University of Nantes, France), and Alfred Wiedensohler (Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research, Leipzig, Germany). Jean Crassous (Institut des Sciences Chimiques de Rennes, France), Bruno Linclau (Ghent University, Belgium), and the Chairman of the Board, Jo\u00e3o Crespo (Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Portugal), participated remotely via videoconference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the two-day programme, the IAB members met with the Director of ICPF, Dr. Michal \u0160yc, the management of the Institute, and the leaders of all ten research groups. The agenda included presentations of recent achievements and future plans of the individual research teams, discussions on the Institute\u2019s strategic direction, a review of the recently completed institutional evaluation, and preparations for upcoming challenges in science, research, and international collaboration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the scientific presentations, the Board members had the opportunity to visit the laboratories and institutional research facilities through guided tours. These visits provided insight into research infrastructure and ongoing projects across the Institute. Researchers and students from teams working in the fields of novel organic materials, microreactors, reaction engineering, and catalysis actively participated in the discussions, contributing to an open exchange of ideas and experiences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere. Despite the intensive programme, all key agenda items were successfully addressed, and numerous valuable suggestions were gathered for the Institute\u2019s future development and strategic direction.
