Abstract:
The Sponsored Research project will develop a protocol to add molecules to a pre-existing bilayer system, creating new initial configurations for Dissipative Particle Dynamics (DPD) of bilayers. DPD simulations will be performed to develop procedures to calculate the surface tension, surface viscosity, and other properties of the bilayer.
