Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of ICPF is the institute’s oversight body. It ensures that the institute functions properly, manages its finances and handles its assets in accordance with the law and internal rules.

Specifically, it typically:

• oversees the institute’s activities and financial management and may request documents and explanations
• supervises the handling of assets and grants prior approval for major asset-related and legal acts
• comments on the budget and important plans for the management and operation of the institute
• appoints the auditor to verify the financial statements
• approves the annual report
• may propose to the founder the dismissal of the director and discusses key steps related to the director’s appointment or dismissal
• reports on its activities at least once a year
