Scientific collaboration

We collaborate with institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences and with Czech and international universities and research institutions. Together we develop research projects, share professional facilities and support internships, mobility and the co-supervision of doctoral students.

Collaboration with universities and research institutions

We collaborate with universities, institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences and other research institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad on topics of both basic and applied research. Partnerships arise around specific research projects, the co-supervision of doctoral students, professional internships, mobility and long-term collaboration between research teams.

An important part of this collaboration is also our involvement in international scientific networks, research infrastructures and professional consortia. This enables ICPF teams to share their experience, develop new methods, build contacts and transfer research results into a European and global context.

  • joint grant and research projects,

  • collaboration with institutes of the CAS and research organisations,
  • involvement in international consortia and networks,
  • co-supervision of doctoral students,

Mobility, internships and exchange stays

We support professional stays that allow university students, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and researchers to join the work of ICPF research teams or to gain experience at partner institutions abroad.

Mobility and internships help to develop professional competencies, build long-term scientific contacts and bring new knowledge between institutions.

  • internships for university students,

  • short-term and long-term exchange stays,
  • trips abroad as part of projects,
  • hosting of international experts at ICPF,
  • participation in conferences, seminars and professional events.
