Abstract:
The aim of the project is to develop the capacities, knowledge, and skills of employees in the field of strategic management of research and development, in order to enhance their professional capacity and create internationally competitive conditions for conducting excellent R&D. Specifically, this involves improving the strategic framework of the research organization and training employees related to obtaining and maintaining the European “HR Award” (KA2), in the areas of human resources development and gender equality (KA3), research organization management (KA4), research organization evaluation (KA5), international cooperation and internationalization (KA6), cross-sectoral cooperation and technology transfer (KA7), open science (KA8), institutional resilience to illegitimate influence (KA9), and the popularization of R&D (KA10).
