Researchers from CEMNAT Pardubice, in collaboration with the Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals of the CAS and the Institute of Environmental Engineering of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University, have developed a new filter that represents effective protection of indoor spaces against the spread of COVID. The detection and generation of aerosols in a room during testing of the new filter was provided by the Department of Chemistry and Physics of Aerosols under the leadership of Dr. Vladimír Ždímal.
