Abstract:

ALCHEMIST project is focused on the study of mass transfer in bubbly flows, based on innovative techniques present at Czech and French institutions, both able to fine-tune the mass transfer of oxygen. Aqueous solutions of simple chain alcohols, which have a wide industrial application and at the same time exhibit several anomalies, were purposely selected for this study.

The project also aims to involve young researchers in research collaboration and enable their professional development. Both partner teams expect that this support will enable them to develop their collaboration further and prepare them for involvement in large international projects.
