Abstract:
The aim of the project is to implement the mobility of junior employees of ICPF with a focus on the development of their skills and competencies and gaining experience from foreign workplaces. The development of the expertise of promising employees through internships at international renowned workplaces in areas important for the further development of ICPF is an essential part of career development of researchers and an integral part of professional and professional growth of researchers, which will also enable new contacts with top workplaces abroad.
