Abstract:
The project responds to the lack of systemic support for the return of R&D workers to active research activities after a career break. The project aims to create and verify a functional institutional scheme of return grants that will support the retention and return of talented R&D workers back to the scientific environment. Support for R&D workers currently on a break will take the form of “keep-in-touch” activities, professional training, career guidance, and access to key research resources. The aim is to create an institutional framework that will ensure both their effective return to academic life and scientific activities, as well as the conditions for the long-term maintenance of their professional growth and scientific engagement.
