HR Award
What is the HR Award?
The HR Award (officially HR Excellence in Research) is a prestigious quality certificate in human resources, awarded by the European Commission to research institutions. It guarantees that the organization complies with European standards for employee care and open recruitment, and supports researchers’ career growth. The award is linked to the implementation of the European human resources strategy, HRS4R, which requires the institution to uphold the principles of the European Charter for Researchers.
