The Research Group of Aerosol Chemistry and Physics at ICPF of CAS succeeded in gaining an MI-TRAP project as part of a pan-European consortium, which starts in January 2024 and will last for 4 years.
The EU-funded MI-TRAP project aims to determine the environmental and health impacts of transport pollution. The project will be implemented by a large consortium of academic and industrial partners. The aim of our research group will be to characterise traffic emissions at three Prague stations in terms of their chemical and physical properties. The collected data will be further processed to characterize key parameters related to different traffic types and their contribution to overall anthropogenic pollution.
